SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing (D2C + Wholesale)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Large wholesale or 3PL/4PL orders may require additional handling time.

2. Shipping Within Australia

We ship nationwide using Australia Post, Sendle, and freight partners.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard: 3–7 business days

• Express: 1–3 business days

• Bulk freight: 3–10 business days

3. 3PL/4PL Fulfilment Shipping

For fulfilment clients:

• IndieCo ships using agreed carriers

• Freight charges may be passed through at cost

• Custom SLAs can be arranged for high‑volume clients

4. Tracking & Delivery

All orders include tracking. Tracking is provided once the order is dispatched.

5. Damaged Shipments

If cartons arrive damaged:

• note damage with the courier

• photograph packaging

• notify IndieCo within 48 hours

6. Incorrect Address

Customers and retailers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. IndieCo is not responsible for freight delivered to incorrect addresses.
